The new version at the tie also supported the latest graphic cards including MD Radeon HD 6000 Series and the NVIDIA GeForce 500 Series. But the most interesting feature of this version was the Predator in-game feature which enabled the user playing the game to capture video of the game he/she is playing at the very moment. The users could then share his/her favourite moments and post snippets of the game on YouTube or any other social media channel. It also included a third- party software feature where users can create their own interface and change the settings of their graphic cards according to what they desire.

According to x-drivers.com and guru3d.com added features of the MSI afterburner 1.3.0 included added fan adjustment feature, a graphic monitor with detailed information about your pc or device, and a memory domain with overclocking facility. The MSI afterburner can be run on both ATI and NVIDIA graphic cards with and it also provides the facility to regulate voltage on your graphic card.

MSI afterburner 1.3.0 also has fixed data entry for AMD RADEON HD 4870 X2 with voltage control for custom made MSI N240GT D3 graphic cards with uP6262 voltage regulators. Moreover, it also supports AMD RADEON HD 4770 and AMD RADEON HD 5770 graphic cards with L6788A voltage regulators respectively.
